RIKB invites you to experience the talents of Chef Jeremy Ewing-Chow from Matunuck Oyster Bar in South Kingstown, RI. Committed to uniting fresh, locally grown produce with farm-raised and wild-caught seafood Matunuck Oyster Bar makes the freshest dishes you’ll find anywhere. Focused on keeping it local and keeping it delicious, you’ll experience the flavors of local seafood including Almond Crisps with Red Wine Poached Pear and Honey-Whipped Gorgonzola Dolce and Pan Seared Local Scallops with Applewood Bacon Vinaigrette, Petit Salad and Matunuck Farms Winter Vegetable Hash. Mr. Ewing-Chow joined the Matunuck Oyster Bar team in the Spring of 2016. A career Chef with over 20 years of experience, he was most recently the Executive Chef for Red Stripe Restaurants and Russell Morin Fine Catering.

Event is complimentary, but we will be accepting donations for the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
