Bootcamp & Brews by Anytime Fitness – 6/2, 7/7, & 8/4
– Full Body Workout combining principles of functional strength training, HIIT, and basic weight training. Challenging, but fun!
Abs & Ales by Courtney Keohler with Pulse Newport – 6/9, 7/14, & 8/11
– Full 40 min focused ab work with a full stretch after will give your core the strength it needs to make sure all your other activities such as running, swimming or surfing are more successful.
Boxing & Brewskis by Newport Boxfit – 6/16, 7/21, & 8/18
– Classes are a 1 hour long full body workout that incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer’s workout. You’ll do jump rope, shadow boxing, pad work, heavy bag work, plyometrics, abs and lots of heart-pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment.
Barre & Beers by Studio Barre – 6/23, 7/28, & 8/25
– Studio barre is a premier fitness boutique offering an exceptionally effective and personalized barre workout for all fitness levels. Our results-focused barre exercises incorporate the ballet barre, your own body weight, resistance bands, exercise balls, and light hand weights to tone, shape and sculpt your body. The 60-minute workout digs deep physically while the music and happy barre{tenders} keep you mentally in the moment and push you toward your best.
Whats included with your e-ticket? Each ticket is good for the class you choose and a beer afterwards. Feel free to upgrade to a summer cocktail at the Pavilion bar!
