The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) is hosting their monthly Rhode Island Breakfast Series event on Thursday, May 14, 2015, titled How the WAVE Can Help Small Business in Rhode Island, with Secretary Stefan Pryor as the guest speaker. The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, in Warwick, RI from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Rhode Island’s first Secretary of Commerce, Stefan Pryor, will be joining SBANE’s RI Chapter to speak about Governor Raimondo’s economic development agenda, how the administration plans to expand and attract business in RI, and on small business assistance. Currently, Pryor oversees RI State agencies and offices responsible for economic development, business regulation, housing, workforce development, and tourism. Previously, Pryor was President of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC), and is a Yale University alumni.
