What to Expect:
This course presents a 4-hour overview of tools and best practices of effective project management. Experiential learning examples will be used to describe and discuss how to bring concepts and ideas discussed to streamline development, reduce rework and motivate teams.
Participants will learn the basics of project management structures in a classroom setting and discuss how lessons can be applied to challenging situations encountered within organizations.
