In today’s busy world we have no time to think, let alone time to reflect.  Full to bursting schedules and demands on our time cause our stress levels to elevate and take a toll on our health, well-being, relationships and general outlook on life.  Life is a lot to carry!

But what if you actually took the time to dig deeper into the important questions of life? What if there was a place you could go to feel more connection to others and less alone?  What if you actually participated in your life as it was actually unfolding instead of playing catch up?

Then join one of our small groups  to explore these questions and more!

In this series, we will meet in a small, safe, group of women who want to know what it means to dig deeper into their lives.  Each week we will explore a topic designed to get you thinking and propel you to a healthier, more positive and grateful view of life.

Together, we will explore:

  • Our value systems and why we make the decisions we make.
  • Our life purposes or personal mission statements gauging if we are truly aligned with them.
  • How we spend our time and ways to create time in our lives for the things we love.
  • And much, much more!

Investment in yourself: $20 per class or $50 for all three!

Daytime Group Dates:  April 15, 29, May 6 from noon-1:30pm

Evening Group Dates:  May 28, June 4, 11 from 6-7:30pm

This series will be facilitated by Life Coach Amy Ames, CPCC
