Easy Entertaining Inc to Host Burger & Beer Night for the Public!

PROVIDENCE, RI – Have you been craving that perfectly grilled, juicy, fresh burger that always makes you feel like summer is finally here? Look no further! The Chefs at Easy Entertaining Inc. are kicking off warmer months the right way, with the grill! This month’s tasting dinner will be held on Monday, June 23rd featuring freshly grilled burgers for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Guests are also invited to enjoy a crisp, cold, craft beer or featured hand selected wine!

With summer and the busy restaurant season approaching, Proprietor and Executive Chef Kaitlyn Roberts is hosting this month’s dinner on a Monday so there is opportunity for the company’s industry friends to join in on the fun and celebrate what they call “Chef’s Night Off.”

“Most restaurants are closed on Mondays, which lead to the idea of Chef’s Night Off. Nights and weekends off are a rare gem for those in this industry, so I wanted to host this month’s dinner on a night that would allow anyone to come and enjoy some great, locally sourced burgers! No pink slime in my kitchen!” states Roberts. For this dinner the folks at Easy Entertaining will be offering an industry discount of 30% off beer and wine for their friends joining to celebrate their rare night off.

The menu for this Summer kick off dinner features signature burgers such as “The Angus Dream” showcasing a Blackbird Farm angus patty topped with melted cheddar, roasted tomato aioli, pickled onions, and bacon all resting comfortably in the middle of a Foremost Bakery seeded brioche bun. Guests are also invited to build their own burger where they can pick patty of their choosing, toppings from a generous list, and a vessel they’d like it served on.

The Burger Night dinner will be held on Monday, June 23rd from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Cafe at Easy Entertaining. The Cafe is located at 166 Valley St., Building 10, in Providence.
