Clinical Services of RI Now Located in South Kingstown

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI – Clinical Services of Rhode Island (CSRI), a substance abuse treatment provider with offices in Greenville and Portsmouth, RI, has announced the grand opening of a South Kingstown location at South County Commons on Route 1 in Unit F6. CSRI provides intervention, assessment, education, treatment and monitoring for those struggling with addiction.

“There is an enormous need for substance abuse treatment services in Rhode Island. Everyone touched by addiction deserves a chance to regain their life. Now, with centers in all corners of the state, we’re able to offer quality services to Rhode Islanders close to home, wherever that may be,” said Reinhard Straub, CSRI’s Executive Director.

CSRI’s clinical program coordinates outpatient individual and group therapies, family counseling, and abstinence-based programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous to help those struggling with substance abuse achieve sobriety. If inpatient services are needed, CSRI also provides financial and placement counseling.

“Clinical Services is unique in Rhode Island in that it places heavy emphasis on abstinence-based treatment. We do not endorse maintenance drugs like Suboxone and Methadone on a long term basis. We’ve seen time and time again that our multi-tiered approach provides the support needed by our patients and their families to achieve recovery,” said Peter Letendre, CSRI Chief Operating Officer.

Clinical Services of Rhode Island is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health. For more information, visit http://www.clinicalservicesri.com/ or call 401-783-2220.
