PROVIDENCE, RI – LSI Graphic Solutions Plus sold 811 Park East Drive in
Woonsocket to 811 Park East Drive, LLC for $1,000,000.
The property is a 20,540 square foot manufacturing building in the Highland Corporate Park that the buyers plan to utilize as owner occupied manufacturing space.
Kevin Casey, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal was the buyer’s broker for this transaction, and Michael Giuttari of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
