Boston Executive Launches Small Business Lending Firm

BOSTON, MA – Clipper Commercial Capital, LLC (www.clippercapital.net) has been launched by veteran Boston financial executive Richard L. Billings.  The firm is focused on financing small business enterprises in Central and Eastern New England.

Mr. Billings brings more than 25 years of capital raising, operations and business consulting experience to his new enterprise, which formally launched in November 2013.   Prior to starting Clipper Commercial Capital, Billings launched or built several financial services organizations in the Boston area, including research sales and trading operations for Bankers Trust, George K. Baum & Co., and Mabon, Nugent Securities.
