Attorney Christopher F. Homsy Joins Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara’s Corporate & Business Law Team as Associate

New England – November 20, 2017 – Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara LLC (PLDO) Managing Principal Gary R. Pannone announced today that Christopher F. Homsy has joined the firm’s Corporate & Business Law Team as Associate. He will also support the Estate and Trust Planning, Administration and Litigation Team.

Attorney Homsy concentrates his practice on assisting clients in the areas of business formations and corporate compliance, and will provide counsel on general business transactions and other financial matters.While in law school, he was an advisor to a start-up heath care technology development company where he worked closely with the founders on investor relations, assisting in the preparation and review of various materials for funding presentations and negotiations.

Attorney Homsy earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Suffolk University Law School in 2017 and a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University in North Carolina. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is fluent in Arabic.
