PROVIDENCE, RI – To accommodate the growing needs of its client partners, Providence-based multidisciplinary brand culture and communications firm (add)ventures welcomes new talent to its design and production teams with the addition of two team members. Richard Davia of Providence joins as managing director, creative/branding and Kelly Coelho of East Providence joins as manager, quality/service.

As managing director, creative/branding, Davia leads and collaborates with cross-functional strategic and creative teams to deliver innovative and elegant design solutions to a range of client partners. He provides creative design direction for multiple marketing channels and oversees the strategic alignment and timeliness of projects from conception to completion. Prior to joining (add)ventures, Davia consulted a wide range of organizations in consumer, technology and service industries and worked as the principal of brand design for the global innovation and design consulting firm Continuum and as senior creative director at Alex and Ani. A recipient of two event design awards – and International Design Excellence Award and AIGA’s Best of New England Design Award – Davia holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and has continued his education at the Rhode Island School of Design.

As manager, quality/service, Coelho advances communication between internal and external teams and facilitates cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure client-partner projects proceed flawlessly. She supports the quality and production team by developing detailed proposals, project plans and timelines that guide the accurate achievement of client partner projects. Prior to joining (add)ventures, Coelho held a range of management positions including her most recent role in product development at TJX Corporation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and arts management from Emerson College and has completed specialized coursework in special events, marketing and advertising media.
