2015 RI Tech10 Award Winners Announced

PROVIDENCE, RI –  October 26, 2015 – Tech Collective, Rhode Island’s industry association for Information Technology and Bioscience, in partnership with Rhode Island Monthly, announces ten Rhode Island IT practitioners, digital media designers, and entrepreneurs as its 2015 Tech10 Award recipients. Honorees will be recognized at a celebration event on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Rising Sun Mills in Providence, RI.

Individually, Tech10 recognizes Rhode Island IT practitioners and entrepreneurs who excel in their practice, demonstrate a passion for contributing to the success of others, and are pioneering in their technological and career achievements. For the technology community, Tech10 is the opportunity for Rhode Island business and industry to identify its exceptional participants and future leaders.

The 2015 Tech10 Awards are sponsored by Amica Insurance, Cox Business, OSHEAN, Net Cenergy, Starpoint Solutions and Versatile. Award recipients will be honored at a Tech10 Awards recognition event on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Rising Sun Mills in Providence, RI. Video vignette profiles of the Award winners will be unveiled at the event.

 

In addition to the Tech10 recipients being honored at the award ceremony, the 2015 Lighthouse Computer Services/Tech Collective Scholarship winner, Kylie Daun will also be recognized. The scholarship is awarded to a Rhode Island student studying Computer Science at a Rhode Island college/university and with an affiliation to one of the five US Military branches.
